Monthly Pricing:
5 half-days (4 hours) M-F - $500 per student
August tuition is $125 for the month because there is only one week of school in August. We Follow the Buncombe County School schedule, aside from teacher work days. Our hours run from 9:00am-1:00pm Monday-Friday. Monthly pricing is a set price, regardless of holiday and seasonal breaks. We currently are not offering the option for reduced pricing for fewer days, due to an already competitive price. We encourage families to bring their children every day of the week, but parents are given the freedom of choosing what days they would like to bring the student should they not be able to attend all five days.
Summer Camp:
- Weekly rate of $125 per week M-F 9:00AM - 1:00pm
Our summer camp consists of 9 weeks total and lasts from June 16th- August 15th. Families are welcome to choose just one week for their child, or to attend all 9 weeks. Children who are registered for more weeks have a greater chance of reserving a spot in the summer camp. Children who attend summer camp have a first-come first-serve spot in the regular school year program and do not have to re-apply to Evergreen. Each week of summer camp has a different theme which is listed below:
Week 1 (6/16-6/20): Gardening Basics
Week 2 (6/23-6/27): Fairies and gnomes
Week 3 (6/30-7/3 Closed for 4th of July): Weather and moon phases
Week 4 (7/7-7/11): Birds
Week 5 (7/14-7/18): Plant and tree identification
Week 6 (7/21-7/25): Insects
Week 7 (7/28-8/1): Ponds and ecosystems
Week 8 (8/4-8/8) : Mountain animals
Week 9 (8/11-8/15): Wonderful water
-There is a non-refundable enrollment fee of $25.00 for the regular school year as well as our summer camp. The enrollment fee for summer camp is just a one-time fee and will not be charged for consecutive weeks. Children participating in the regular school year after summer camp will not be charged an additional enrollment fee, and will have an automatic spot held for the regular school year if they choose to stay with Evergreen.
